About the Role
1.To maintain an effective service regularly to ensure efficient working throughout working hours
on daily basis.
2. To maintain and collect daily log and service report from technicians and gather information on
faulty products and systems for necessary action on daily basis.
3. To prepare all reports regarding service department, ensure reports to error free and submit it to management as per company policy on weekly basis.
4. To maintain knowledge on issues and inform relevant departments in all these matters on weekly
basis.
5. To ensure compliance to all company regulations to ensure effective working of company on
daily basis.
6. To administer and perform all activities in line with company procedures regarding service department on weekly basis.
7.To assist all team members to follow established dress code, maintain punctuality and
cleanliness as per company directives in service facility on daily basis
8. To manage facility to achieve target revenue generation by maintaining service department
efficiently on monthly basis.
Requirements
Qualification: Bachelor of Electrical and/or Electronics Engineering.
Years of experience in position: minimum 7 in an equivalent or same position.
Team size experience: minimum 70 people directly reporting to him.
Industry: Maintenance of Passenger Boarding Bridges or Baggage Handling Systems.
